  Some people gravitate to Danaher for sure, but my preference is Lachlan's anthologies. The detail and value is exceptional, but it doesn't bore me to death like the DDS videos.

  If you’ve purchased his videos before, you know what’s in store. If you haven’t, you should know that Lachlan Giles is an amazing instructor. He breaks down the most important elements in easy to understand ways, and gives you common responses that you will see while sparring. The videos introduce you to the technique, its importance positionally, how to set up a game plan, and how to set up entries/attacks and its connection to other open guard positions/setups. I’ve wanted to establish a better no gi guard game, having mostly trained in the gi. This video has really helped me understand k-guard and its use for leg lock entrances in particular. I’ve been training over a year, and I am still fairly new to the leg lock game, but this series of videos has given me some invaluable insights. Giles provides a solid foundation to k-guard, making the complicated topic easier to understand. Money well spent!
