good
Excellent and detailed
Truly a perfect delivery, brief where it needs to be and rich both technically and conceptually.
Well structured K Guard system with Giles's introduction into his broader Open Guard system in the beginning of this instructional. So if you're interested in the whole series it's definitely worthy to start with this volume.
This is a great system explained in a very methodical progressive logic so you can build it from scratch almost.
I am still working through it , but so far it was very helpful learning the details of k guard

Perfect introduction to Lachlan's Open Guard series. I'd suggest to start with this DVD even if you're more interested in DLR and RDLR ones, because it shows how all of them play together.

goood
Fundamental concepts needed to play a proper outside guard. This chapter is mainly focused on K Guard.
Nice introduction to the outside positions of the guard. Entréis, variations, attacks... All you need to create your own system
I was able to understand more about the postures and reactions from each situation and scenario! It will take practice on timing all the techniques, I already hit multiple times K Guard on Purple Belts and up! Worth checking out!
Such an in depth view of navigating K guard
