This is a great instructional
Great as always
Again John leaves you with all the knowledge of the move. He breaks it down and explains it so even my mother could understand it. I used the basic move in class and it worked great. John is one of the best instructors in the world.
Very important and clear details. If you’re on the fence, just buy it…
The best.
Amazing as always
Great details. Covers entries to underhook and how to secure underhooks to different subs
Awesome

Like always fantastic
This is the second “Master the Move” instructional I’ve bought and both have been great. I find that focusing on one move and really getting it down in lots of scenarios changes my entire game. If you like arm triangles then this will take your understanding to a new level.
i thoroughly enjoy the deep dive into the move. I can better see how this move fits into my game. The video also covers likely contingencies for when the move isn't available. thanks!
anaconda
I did learn concepts and techniques from this presentation that I had not known previously. It's a bit verbose and repetitive, but overall, I liked it because it was presented in a logical manner, rigorously, with subsequent material predicated on the previous, and it had a number of valuable details, which often make all the difference between success and failure.
Details of the Anaconda strangle, defense techniques that setup anaconda strangle, techniques to takedown into anaconda strangle, ...
amazing

“John Danaher once again delivers an incredibly detailed and insightful instructional with Master The Move: The Anaconda Strangle. His step-by-step breakdowns make even complex mechanics feel accessible, whether you’re a beginner or advanced grappler. I appreciated how he covered not just the technique itself but the setups, troubleshooting, and strategic applications in live rolls. This has already made a noticeable difference in my game. Highly recommended for anyone serious about developing a killer front headlock system!
