  Thanks to Marcelo Garica I'm the Omoplata GOAT : - ) Lachlan Giles Omoplata is worth every penny spent! He's a hidden gem. Andris Brunovskis -Super Spicy Omoplata. He has video's on YT where he catches people in tournaments with jumping Omoplatas! *Another underrated instuctor!
