really pleased with this one
C. J. shares his deep understanding of wrestling and how to handle it in a jiu jitsu match. You got great info of when and how to counter-attack with wrestling moves and when to utilize the headlock jiu jitsu based to launch your counter attacks. Highly recommend!

loved the details for the anaconda
Helped my game a lot
Well organized review. Clear and concise. This content will benefit gi and no gi players.
Have been incredibly pleased with every craig jones instructional i’ve purchased
Given that I already have the first two volumes of Danaher's Standing 2 Ground, I was hesitant to get this. However, Craig shows different techniques, and also has several different teaching angles that helped things click for me. Also, there are some neat facts about the differences between wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu. Get this if you want to improve your standing game, front headlock series, and also learn more about effective wrestling for Jiu-Jitsu.
This instructional teaches the stuff used at the absolute top levels of MMA today, most notably by Alexander Volkanovski in his fight with Islam Makhachev. If you have any intention of competing in no-gi or MMA, you need to watch this. Granted, this is not just a "BJJ for MMA" instructional- the stuff taught here is just as effective in pure BJJ against opponents who want to play a top-heavy game, and will likely be even more effective without the threat of strikes, but as a primarily MMA guy, I was absolutely blown away.
I have never been much of a wrestler so this video really has many great ways to introduce you to the concepts. Craig Jones is an amazing instructor and easy for anyone into jiujitsu to improve your game and take it to the next level.
I like the way Craig Jones breaks down thoses positions. Useful and fun.
Brilliant techniques and excellent teaching, all delivered with Craig's signature humor. This instructional is also INCREDIBLY applicable to MMA.

Good concepts and tons of details for people who does not have great stand up game. Also liked craig's humor throughout the video.
