Outstanding product from Craig jones. Excellent information presented in a direct and entertaining manner. Immediately able to add to your game.
wrestling and
Craig does a great job of showing the strength and weaknesses of both wrestling and BJJ to give a woder perspective on how these two disciplines interact
Can't take me down now son
Great system to add to your game, attacking the front headlock to look for go behinds and secure the back. The details on how to attack back mount are a welcome addition to the wrestling content.
The Anti-Wrestling Equation by Craig Jones is a groundbreaking guide, offering effective strategies against wrestling techniques. Jones' innovative tactics, explained in a comprehensible manner, level up any grappler's game. A must-have for those aiming to counter wrestling advantages in grappling bouts.
Great details
Great product! I have just been watching the first few videos and I already gained new insights and understanding. And there is a lot more to come.
this pairs well with my wrestling class at my gym. 5/5
Watched this, now I am impervious to wrestlers

Helps you how to deal with wrestlers and understand the difference
good stuff
Great instructional, Craig presents a pretty logical and easy-to-follow way of attacking people (especially wrestlers) going from standing rear body lock to the ground, attacking from increasingly more dominant positions (4p, turtle etc.), ending with back attacks. I think Craig uses a good mix of heuristics and technique to both help you learn many details of the positions shown as well as help you gain a general understanding of why the techniques work. In general fun to watch, he keeps it 100% real and 100% *** at the same time which is great.
I steal all of Craig's grappling philosophy so this instructional is one of the best
Once I figured out he was saying "onus" I understand his instructions. He is very intelligent and great instructor, that seems to rare. Probably should bleach his beard to be more credible but solid usable material! I am old as dirt so, more athletic or chemically enhanced grapplers should get more out the material!
This is one of the best Craig's instructionals!
10/10 great instructional for how to use bjj to go against a wrestler.
super helpful and a lot of great points
always great stuff from Craig
Awesome instructional
Easy to see how Craig got lost in the mix on DDS - but the man is criminally under rated as an instructor. Innovative, concise, every video he puts out there will improve your game. Also his onlyfans page is straight :fire:. Gabi looks fantastic.
Craig Jones' ability to break down simple posture and leverage mechanics is a great tool to have. You will simply get better at jiu-jitsu if you focus on these body mechanics. Great instructional Craig! Thanks for the breakdowns!
This video is awesome. The russian, figure 4 russian, and russian hamstring leading to a snap down leading to ground control via chin strap and elbow. AMAZING. Wrestling take downs... that's why I'm taking jiu-jitsu. And that's just the first 30 minutes. My favorite video so far.
love it
