This instructional absolutely helped me bridge my grappling from my jiu jitsu to being able to hold my own better against wrestling heavy opponents in my gym
did not wrestle in high school so this was a good system for me to defend myself against wrestlers. Great instructional!
Solid instructional. Well thought out and explanations are clear. Good value
This is a must have if you want to stop wrestlers, get better at guillotines and taking the back. You can build a whole game out of just this instructional.
Very good instructional series, covers many techniques and are very well taught.
Craig Jones masterfully breaks down the art of counter-wrestling with precision and humor. A must-watch for grappling enthusiasts!
great fresh take on anti wrestling
This is a great instructional for understanding how to enter front head, attack the front head, attack front head 4-point, attack standing rear body lock, and attack 4-Point. These positions are covered well. Craig also covers the basics of attacking the back and although he says it's basic, I felt like it was pretty thorough. Overall a great video for understanding how to attack the back and scrambling positions, along with developing an understanding in how a wrestler would react to things vs a Jiu Jitsu guy.
Good info, raig is a good teacher.
