Innovative and conceptually interesting
great addition to top game
great ways to shut down wrestling with various techniques from a variety of positions. Great stuff
Very good review of wrestling positions and how to counter them
Wouldn’t take wrestling advice from any other man
This instructional is packed with value. I have tons of instructional from Craig, Gordon, Giancarlo, and John Danaher, and I got tons of value from this one. I like the way Craig teaches. The concepts in this instructional will keep you busy for quite a while. He covers go behinds, high elbow guillotines, snap downs, and lots of entries to the front headlock. I really think most people who buy this instructional are going to find a lot of cool stuff they should learn.
Great stuff as always from Craig
Excellent Craig Jones instructional focusing on front headlock, four point, rear body lock, turtle and back control
High level wrestling
Craig has certainly put a lot of thought and mat time with wrestlers! He explains quite well how the respective rule sets shaped how differently BJJ practitioners and wrestlers roll in the same position and the trade-offs of each strategy. This instructional is incredibly valuable for BJJ practitioners who find themselves against those with a wrestling background, likely both at the gym and in competitions!
As with all Craig Jones instructionals, great content and easy to digest to implement into your training.
Lots of good stuff here. Some great tips about the anaconda and a lot of unique ideas from Craig
anti wrasslin
Able to use techniques and concepts immediately in rolls
Highly Effective
This video took my game to the next level
Always good stuff from craig
CJ is all knowledge
good
Content was high quality and super helpful. I train with some d3 wrestlers and Craig shows some good stuff to handle/nullify some of what they do
Excellent insight
Second best instructional I've ever seen.
Excellent content, love this guy and heaps to take away to play with. Weird seeing Craig semi professional, I Kept waiting for Craig to crack jokes which finally came in section 4 which was a goody. Interesting to notice the stark contrast between JD and Gordon ryan style instructional where their partner is "your opponent" vs Craig who refers by name to his partner and remembers he's a human being...like when he remembered who Gordon was when he had latched up a finishing armbar at ebi final (just saying).
Excellent content. Much better than the typical dry teaching methods. Outstanding content
Craig Jones teaches lots of practical techniques. Jones is funny and maintains a good sense of humor throughout.
