Great material!
Excellent free video by John Danaher. Go through the fundamental movements of BJJ and improve even when you have no partner to train with. Very impressed
Lots of good drills to use when training alone. Very useful information.
John Danaher is a great teacher and it is free, Awesome
Even with solo drills, John is such a good instructor so many things to learn from him. Thanks John
The gym I go to isn’t the greatest. Minimal instruction but this video is a great resource and starting point. I love how it shows how to apply it.
Good practical advice and workouts
Very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend

Awesome instructional, just what I was looking for. These drills make everything in BJJ make much more sense.
Excellent instructional for learning the basics movements demonstrated very well
Great video for when you have no training partners available. Will incorporate some of these drills into future warm ups. Can’t believe it’s free!!
Very thorough detailed explanations with demonstrations of the practical application of all drills. As a beginner, this was a priceless resource for me.
Danaher gives a thorough drill process for all levels to be able to go through.
This is awsome!
Very good solo drills!
Super helpful, very foundational, would be great for beginners and anybody of all ages and training age.
To be given away for free is insane, highly recommend.
Professor John Danaher created this unique instructional about solo movements and moves that you can use to drill. What that meas for me is that he provided an instructional about all the technical details of the particular moves and put them in context afterwards so that you get an clear idea what they are designed for concept wise and techniqual wise. He also puts in context of rolling in the manner that you use tham in shadow rolling like boxers are used to shadow boxing!! Thank you for this tribute to the community!!!
BEst
Provides good information on how to practice foundational movements alone. Danaher explains the concepts well and how they relate to situations you may encounter when rolling. Also the instructional is free so a no brainer.
Excellent instructional to brush up on the fundamentals and advanced basics
Should be required watching for every beginner.
It was great being able to work on these routines when I wasn't at the gym.
Learn how to not do dumb things that can injury yourself or others!
