John has a great view and eye for the sport. I'm excited to solo drill.
I used to weight 260lbs and hade little to not mobility. most of the exercises were challenging but I took it day by day. Now I weight 225lbs and mobility has grown by leaps and bounds. I will keep going with this system for along time because it works.
straight to the point, helps ( or helped me.) understanding the mechanics of the moves way better, also opens your mind into ways for training solo.
This is a great product. Even though we can train together again it has good things to use whilst I warm up on my own. Plus it's free literally no reason not to get it.
This DVD provides a deeper understanding of many of the basic movements of BJJ, as well as how they might apply in various techniques.
love the insight to his requirements regarding hanging leg raises.
Great drills broken down and feels like you and John are one on one
master the fundamentals
excellent
Where would I be without my Instructor and Bjj Fanatics?
These drills were exactly what I needed to help me improve my technique while I'm not on the mats.
Useful advice usually overlooked as it's not as exciting as submissions. And it's free.
Danaher gave us this for free during the pandemic. He didn't want the Jiu-Jitsu community to suffer. He loves what he does and wants people to thrive. Amazing coach and person.
I really love the way John explains things
Can’t believe it’s free!! Thank you 🙏

Great t instructional on an often overlooked area from the master himself. Plus it was free - what more do you want?!
Very good
Very Good
very precise instructions
awesome
Anything Danaher is good enough for me. Great things to work on at home. Buy it and try it.
Having trained in a number of traditional arts, I've often found that the modern arts lack a specfic focus, or even hyperfocus, on precisely how to move. This volume seems to really cover that with regard to BJJ, ground work, etc. You'll find movement paradigms which are relevant across the board in different techinques, built within your average warm up you'll find at most gyms.
awesome
Helped improve my mobility at home and practice BJJ when i'm unable to make it to class. And it's free!
