An absolute must if you play guard in no gi
Must have for every Full Guard or Rubber Guard Player
The Williams Guard is one of the best ways to play Full Guard and merges perfectly with Rubber Guard if you're a fan of it, and Shawn teaches it in a way that makes you understand all little details and aspects of it in an instant. It's well structured, easy to follow and full of valuable details. It covers all aspects from top to bottom; basics, gripfights, setups, transitions, subimissions. Worth every penny.

Bought this video due to curiosity. I am really surprised at the level of details Shawn Williams have developed for his system.

These series suprised me a lot. In positive way of course. Shawn presents the concepts and explains in detail how to get to the domination and subs from bottom of the closed guard. What I like most is the breakdown of the small steps that needs to be make to get to the specific position. Also, he explains what to do in side scenarios, offering example attack/counter. I recommend this video to the low and high lewel belts in order to develop the broad bottom close guard game.

Shawn Williams is a great instructor, he explains every element of the guard very well and focuses on some basics with detail that I haven't encountered before. I enjoy his deconstructive approach where he focuses on one thing at a time and discusses it thoroughly. Would recommend.
