Good instructional
John does a great job concisely explaining guard retention methods and principles from the most common scenarios.
As always with John Danaher, great content and a lot of details. Can only recommend to your guard retention game.
This was the most effective video to understand the depths of submission from my entire video listing.
Muy claro los conceptos
This is a detailed and very good instruction on how to make an unpassable guard. The knowledge provided by John Danaher and the clear and consise explanations, makes this video a must have for developing your skils.
This was really great, learned a lot! Danaher lays out a full guard retention system for nogi (mostly applicable for gi also) that was pretty easy to implement in my own training. Highly recommend this!
Amazing information as usual.
Phenomenal details for picking up guard retention
Like usual its awesome! Easy to learn
John Danaher is the best at communicating all of the details of any BJJ topic! Could listen to him all day.
Well presented and clear. Got many gems of info from it
Mr. Danaher does it again. Impeccable, detailed instruction. Professor Danaher masterfully conveys his knowledge of the guard and gives students around the world an opportunity to learn winning, battle-tested techniques which are immediately applicable in live training. IMO, Mr. Danaher puts out the highest quality training material out there, in terms of the depth of instruction, the clarity with which he communicates the techniques, and the thoughtfully planned structure of each course. Never a bad investment. Thank you prof. Danaher! I hope to train with you one day.
Great
As always, his instruction is second to none It worth every penny!
He is a genius, great course.
Can't say enough good things about Danaher's ability to really break down each aspect of every position. I would recommend this to any level jiujitsu practitioner.
John teaches concepts so easily. Unlike some, the information is easy to understand and retain without having to constantly rewind. His teaching experience is evident and worth the money.
I didn't realise how many gaps in my guard game that I had. This will definitely help fill them.
Great
Very helpful for me as someone new to BJJ and whose guard is passed all the time. The Fastest Way instructionals have the systematic approach that Danaher uses but are simpler and faster paced so probably better for beginners.
