  I always love Lachlan's instruction. His teaching is easy to follow and detailed. Even people like me who lack athleticism or fighting instinct can easily understand it. This DVD is also meticulous. It slowly guides you through passing the opponent's guard. I highly recommend it for older BJJ players like me.
