I've always been amused by Chaels ability to speak and commentate, but was actually surprised at how good of an instructor he is. He balances demonstrating a wide array of techniques, concepts, and drills with great explanations while maintaining a well-paced and interesting flow. I have been doing mma and gi brazilian jiu-jitsu for about a year and 9 months with Ufc veteran Spencer Fisher(amazing coach, he must have doubled my knowledge in a year), and did various bjj, wrestling and other grappling for mma for a few years before that, and I feel I picked up at least 3 legitimate things to add to my overall game within the first 10 minutes, and was refreshed on many great things I knew but haven't implemented as much lately. Chael maintains his positive, vibrant energy throughout the entirety, and connects concepts very well, with more knowledge than I expected, with the ability to convey that knowledge in a timely and easy to absorb manner. I'd pretty much recommend this to any grappler, and to anyone in mma as well who wants to add more pieces to their game. I would consider myself primarily a striker with good submissions and defensive grappling, but I've been doing a lot of offensive wrestling with confidence since I got Chael's course.
Excellent!
This is the one of the best DVD for takedown techniques, I have ever seen.
As much as I like BJJ, if you don’t train in wrestling as well, you are doing yourself a great disservice. Since I really liked Chael’s Gangster Grappling DVD, I decided to pick this one up as well and was not disappointed. The drills alone are worth the price of admission and practicing them have really improved my game. Don’t miss out. Get this today!
