I've been going through this instructional with my teenage son during the lockdown and I can say, Prof. Pete's instructions are clear, concise, and easy to follow. I enjoy seeing how to perform these techniques, as well as seeing how they chain together. We drill each move and as someone who already wrist-locked folks, I am catching more and from different positions. I will continue to drill these techniques and refer to these instructions. If this is a subject you want to learn and learn to defend, get this instructional post haste.
I purchased Wristlock the world because I wanted to understand all the Dynamics of this move. Professor Letsos explains everything with great detail but also makes it easy to follow. I enjoyed it but will have to watch it many times to practice all the variables. Thank you Professor.
good stuff
So many wrist locks from so many positions! This is definitely worth the purchase for anyone who loves wrist locks like I do! I was surprised by how many different wrist locks and setups there are.
Excellent instructional, Pete has wristlocks from everywhere and shares them in his instructional series. These moves will catch people off guard and open up other attacks as well. Also if you dont know wristlocks your going to get wristlocked. This series is useful for all practitioners.
Thank you Pete Letsos! My world seems much safer now. Fantastic turtorial!
Pete first of all seems like the nicest person in the world. He is a very good professor and takes his time to cover every position possible for wrist locks. I had no idea that you can get a lock from anywhere. I Highly recommend this for everyone since this applies to sport and the street. Highly effective! Thanks Pete and BJJ Fanatics!
Great Instructional! Can't wait to incorporate some of these into my game.
I ordered both the online version and dvd. This was in January. Still have yet to receive the dvd it is now April.
I really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it.
PTG does a great job describing the endless variations of wrist locks that he figured out. Due to a back injury he was forced to play a more conservative game and what he cane up with was gold. Explained in a straight forward style, Pete doesn’t mince words. He gets right into the action with techniques you can apply immediately. I’m glad that this video is finally out, and Pete’s legacy is cemented. Wrist lock the World!
Been catching wrists non stop after studying this instructional
Good techniques to add to a quiver of submissions. Sometimes when a sub doesn’t work as planned, a wrist lock is a great follow up.
I like it.
Learn these wrist locks! They won’t expect it:flushed:
An excellent and worthwhile addition to a jujitsu library. Pete 'the Greek' is a very good teacher and explains in simple terms how to apply the locks.Normally people downgrade the power of locks because secretly they find them hard to apply due to bad technique. Pete Letsos will change all that. It is obvious that he knows what he is talking about.I have already caught out my club members with some of his locks.I consider this CD well worth the investment and would recommend it to all.I intend to make wristlocks my primary form of attack both for their efficiency and their use to opening up other forms of attack. As a former aikidoka of 25 years I know and rate locks and their application. Believe me, you need these in your arsenal. Thanks Pete, you really know your stuff!.
It is an excellent DVD that shows the twistlocks from the main positions in BJJ. In addition the quality is of first category at a reasonable price.
Great instructional, wristlocks are every, I go for them almost every roll.
Awesome video on one of the most effective but underutilized moves in BJJ. Pete truly does show you there are wrist locks from everywhere. If you ever train with a wrist lock specialist like Pete you will appreciate how fast the wrist lock comes on and how much of a game changer it is. Similar to how you worry about your feet positioning when you roll with a leg lock specialist, when you roll with someone who is good at wrist locks you never feel safe grabbing their gi.
