Good details and open up my mind about the multiple options to wrist lock . He also tells how he does it safely to his training partners, something I will bear in mind in order not to injure or annoy my partners.

Not Impressed
This instructional is not good in my opinion. I was hoping for concepts and true instruction but this is just showing endless amount of quick wristlocks from various places. I’ve purchased a lot of BJJFanatics instructionals and this is hands down my least favorite. Sorry Pete

I've watched a few wrist lock dvds. This set of DVD from Pete Letos are so comprehensive and advanced. Don't waste money on others. This is the one!

I thought I knew a lot about wrist-locks until I started to follow Pete the Greek! Why ignore 5% of the body? You need to add this to your library! It will change your perspective on every position in jiu jitsu.

I hadn't really thought too much about wristlocks and their potential from different positions until seeing this dvd, I can now see how abundant they are and how viable they can be! Definitely pick this up if you want to get better at wristlocking.
