Professor Pete Letsos created an easy to get instructional on wristlocks. It is about how to set up and finish the lock. He illustrates that whenever they put a grip on you there is a wristlock. I like the wristlock as a defensive technique to open up your opponent the most but I will definitly add it to attack or confuse them while they are attacking/dominating me. Highly recommend!

Pete's instructionals have given me a whole new dimension to my game. The work both as submissions to get a reaction from your partner to open up another attack or stop their attack. They make my partners think more when rolling which is good for me and bad for them.

This video offers so many variations on wrist locks from so many positions. But the beauty is, even if they aren't working, they're still working because they instill an absolute fear in your opponents who have no idea where to put their hands. Can't thank you enough, Pete the Greek. This video has completely changed my game.

Great thought process
Been playing with wrist locks prior to buying this for a little bit. This series is a great addition and really helps lock in some key points with getting those wrist locks. It's done really well with all of the explanations are done in a clear manner that's easy to understand. Well worth the purchase if you are wanting to improve your wrist lock game or just starting.

If you want to embarrass your opponents and steal their souls, get this instructional. I have used wrist locks in real life situations and rolling (decades ago though), Pete has excellent information.
