  I’ve got a lot of Paul Schreiner’s work and this is just as great as the rest. Not as comprehensive as Danaher but every technique works. If you like the half guard then get this!

  Paul’s videos are awesome. He starts with basics and fundamentals and builds on those foundations to show some high level and useful techniques. He is great at explaining moves and positions and putting them into context.

  This is a very good instructional. Paul Schreiner is very good at breaking things down and explaining the technical details. I've been drilling the primary sweep along with the escapes that lead to the sweep with my training partner in the order of the instructional, and it's relatively easy to implement when rolling. This is really an "80/20" to escapes and Half Guard. I have also been working on the Danaher pin escape system, which contains more options of escape and more positions, but Schreiners system is much simpler and easy to implement in the short span. I'd still recommend both systems, but if I were to do it again, I would start with Schreiner's system and build upon it with Danaher's.
