Really Easy to Understand
There are so many gems packed into this instructional it is insane. Not only does it show techniques that I have been able to immediately use, there are so many nuances layered throughout that it makes me want to rewatch again and again to learn those little details. Definitely going to get more of Paul’s instructionals after this, I am completely sold.
love it
explains very well as always
Contains high level details that are also beginner friendly
Schreiner philosophy is sound and he teaching is very clear!
Great product. The details regarding the leg bundle and how to transition to the half guard from different positions were solid.
OG good
I have been getting stuck in half guard frequently. After this course, I look forward to it. There are really solid and well explained ideas about how to make the most of this situation.
As usual, Paul Schreiner breaks the techniques down really well and connects the seamlessly connects the material together.
hhhh
I have already studied Paul's half guard instructional videos and his second guard escapes video and this one bridges the gap between them very well. The other videos include many more scenarios and variations, but this one is focused on bringing our opponent from their dominant position back into our guard, specifically the half guard using the knee twist/dog fight position. Paul explains the techniques and concepts thoroughly, but he keeps your attention and makes it easy to understand. I believe the techniques shown in this video will be applicable for Jiu-Jitsu players of all levels.
great instructional lots of useful concepts and techniques
Great ideas to move from a defensive cycle to offensive cycle. Audio isn't always the best, but the ideas and techniques are great.
Half guard players will find a lot of value in the techniques discussed in this instructional. Highly recommend.
These details bring your game to a differernt level.
