If you're an older person trying to deal with more athletic, explosive guys/gals.... This is your instructional. JD teaches you how to follow your own game plan and slow the pace of the match so your opponent doesn't weaponize pace.
Lots of good stuff in this one to pick up and drill
Great methodology, that already improved my bottom game significantly.

Danaher is the best, and a little quicker to the point in this one than in others I've viewed
I am 43 year old and I train BJJ since 6 month. This videos came at the right time and was exactly what I needed because I am older, defenitely lack the athletic background and I experienced that I am really quickly very exhausted and therefore I felt that these videos is what I need. Very very helpful on many levels. I can highly recommend them.
