  Quick and contains some good concepts. Was good to see how two different people would approach the situation. Sometimes seemed like just talking or thinking through situations, but this did contain some good advice. Worth the purchase at the offered price point.

  Dean & his instructor went over useful topics like situational awareness, indicators that can lead to an altercation, & battle-tested techniques to defend yourself against an aggressor. I really enjoyed how they used various "daily life" scenarios & explained how to put yourself in the best possible position to maximize your chances of success & safety against an attacker.

  Dean has a great way of making stress filled situations seem easy to breakdown into manageable steps to escape bad positions and prevent yourself from getting into them to begin with. Videography is a bit dated, but the content is solid.
