Great options, a little hard to pay attention to it if you're easily distracted.
This instructional is full of absolute gems from the legend himself. Learnt some basic attacks and hacks that I put into action after only one watch. Highly recommend. Dean Lister is an OG!!
Love this course
I've always admired professor Lister
Great overview of leg attacks that are understandable and can be applied quickly
Love the simplicity of Dean's instructionals.
This series is a must own for anyone who is serious about improving their grappling. While Dean is known as a leg locker, this series offers every thing: Takedowns, chokes, armbars, defensive escapes. It really shows the depth of Dean's game and knowledge. Highly recommended for all belt levels.
Great guy, great instructional, helped me a lot
Dean is very interesting in the way he teaches, and could use mostly everything
leg locks
Dean, has a very simple no bs type of communication. It's like he's talking to friend. Content and insights are also amazing
coming from a system that worked on striking more than grappling it shows the importance of connection I've learned that I've been doing leg locks wrong

Dean lister gives us efficient technics with good details and concepts
When leg locks were starting to get popular, this was the first instructional I bought dealing with them. I have purchased other videos since then, but this is a great system for anyone who is new to learning leg locks. He covers a lot of fundamental details with some of the more basic locks such as the straight foot lock. Definitely worth purchasing!
Has made a huge difference in my leg lock game even just as a beginner in leg attacks.
Such a good stuff. I like the way Dean explains technique - always a lot of details, but not overwhelming.
Dean Lister provided another great intstructional about locking the legs. No matter if out of an ankle pick or if your arm is trapped between your opponent´s legs or if you are on top or bottom. He illustrates how crucial control is and how you can increase your success rate by combining it with the subject of surprise. Without getting into a scramble. Highly recommend!
great
I bought the physical version of this long time ago. It was one of the few resources on the leglocks. It was Awesome then and it still is
Learning leg locks from the boogy man what else can I say but it’s help my ground game.
Lister provides details that will definitely tighten up your leg locks. I've already used a couple of things from this at open mats both to attack and to defend leg locks!
