  I’m a blue belt who has heavily practiced leg attacks since I was a 2 stripe white belt. I’ve never competed at the IBJJF but have one coming up. This is exactly what I needed to work on to keep myself out of trouble. Dean Lister has always been a favorite of mine and he breaks things down into an easy to understand and reliable format.   Dean Lister needs no introduction when it comes to leg locks. With this series you get great details in concepts and techniques to hit straight angle locks as well as knee bars and toe holds. From standing and from the ground. All can be used in ibjjf Gi tournaments. Proper amount of information taught in a very systematic manner. Highly recommend!

• Dean Lister is a living legend

  All of Dean Lister’s leg lock instructionals are Jiu Jitsu gold and this one is no different although there is some duplication of content with some of his other videos. I like his focus on the straight ankle locks which seems to have lost favour with modern Heel Hookers. The section on defence is also excellent and has been a game changer for me. I love Dean’s no nonsense, straight to the point style.
