Detailed technique and very well organized. Highly recommend
This instructional goes into practically every detail about the arm bar, if you listen carefully and drill what is taught your arm bar technique and conceptual understanding will become first class. The tutorial was a little repetitive but I suspect it was intentional to drum in key concepts so that even if watched only once you should develop a much improved level of understanding.
John's information is amazing as always 5 star gold!!!!!
This series has helped with small details that don’t seem to get taught but they are a must for executing a proper arm bar.
Highly detailed and effective. A deep dive into the world of armlocks.
can completely take your arm bar game to the next level
the quality of the videos is definitely worth the price! best instructors in the world at your fingertips!
Great teaching instruction.
Professor Danaher gives extreme detail in his instructional system that is fascinating to watch and learn from. you will have to watch it, then implement it through drilling.
Outstanding detail.
Comprehensive armbar instructional. Everything about armbars from top, bottom, and from back control.
Yet another outstanding instructional.
Such a detailed series on the armbar and I will have to watch over and over to be able to master each bit, but after the first watch my Juji from mount and from side pins has really come on.
It really a must have piece for every bjj practitioner
Excellent video
Danaher consistently blows my mind. Especially so when I think I already understand a “basic” position.
This deep dive on juji gatame has significantly improved my arm bar attacks.
A training partner and myself watched the instructional and would meet up and drill together. After 1 month of this work, I hit more armbars in rolling than I had the previous year.
Helps to thoroughly understand what makes arm bars effective. Danaher breaks down jiu jitsu to it's most fundamental level so even if you don't drill anything from this DVD, you can apply the principles to your current techniques. I've used this DVD to deepen my understanding arm bars and make connections with everything else I've learned.
After 10 years training I'm embarrassed about how little I knew about the arm bar. This exposed that for me and fixed it. Amazing value.
I have spent the past year solely focused on material produced by John. Has dramatically improved my game. A+++
Great details
This company is excellent. This particular dvd has top instruction. All can be applied today against top guys. Also you can download all things sold by this company. High recommend
The reason everyone goes to John to learn is detail. he's not a genetic freak with competitive accolades, he's a genius who studies the game harder than anyone else. if he likes something, he goes in extreme detail as to why. if not, he goes into the same detail of every reason why not. if it's not plan A but he sees applications that work he'll explain when that particular situation may be beneficial and necessary. I started training almost 5 years ago, I only wish the level of instructionals was half his level then. the progression someome could make with a good training partner and his instructionals with nothing else is unbelievable.
This instructional is as great as you can imagine! There’s so much detail in all the juji variations that it will take months to fully absorb. Awesome job!
