If you're a fan of anything lachlan, you'll love this one. Great breakdown of chokes and why and how they work. No BS, all just stuff that works and is effective.

All of the techniques are broken down into minute detail, well described, and filmed in multiple angles. Watching this instructional and implementing Lachlan’s set ups turned these techniques from fairly average to high percentage for me. I have been having a lot of fun strangling my training partners!

I really enjoy learning from Lachlan. The way he breaks it down, how easy it is to digest, and the way it’s organized. For me, there were so many details in just the guillotines that made this instructional worth it. I also got my first anaconda the very next day after watching this instructional, and have pulled off everything he shows in it since.
