No neck will be safe after this....
This is a great instructional. I am a big fan of darces, guillotines & anacondas and this instructional covers them in great depth. Also I've learned some new moves - like the japanese necktie - and starting having some success with it. I think this is a very good investment if you want to improve your chokes.

Lachlan is a great instructor. He is also great on his submeta.io, He explains the concept clearly, in small chunks, and elaborates the technic in its alternative options. I would recommend it as well as his half guard anthology.

Systematic approach to the techniques. He is not only teaching the submission as a single technique, but gives you a context, entries to the position, control, action-reaction solutions, troubleshooting. Cover the chokes from different position as guard, top half guard, north south, inverted north south and standing. Give some tips how to adapt the move to your body type. I am glad I bought it. Lachlan is one of the best instructors on the site.

Having started BJJ in the distant year of 1995, I remember a time when no gi chokes where mainly guilhotines and a few variations. As the sport evolved, anacondas and d’arces appeared and being on all fours was suddenly not safe anymore. Here Lachlan shows with minute detail how to set up and finish these lethal chokes. It’s amazing how such a young man can become a true BBJ encyclopedia. Almost all he shows can be used in the gi as well, with a few adjustments. Great instructional.
