Muy Bueno. Very good chill helpful instruction
Lots of great details in a short time.
Jeff does an amazing job with his explanations and concepts on learning. Absolutely what I was hoping this instructional would be.
A real enlightening video! Highly recommend!
Jeff’s approach to teaching is chill, straightforward, effective, and easy to swallow. Can’t go wrong with this one!
I bought this to improve my No-gi arm drag attacks as I was like a fish out of water without the gi to work with - this has done just the trick!
My first thought was why haven't I seen or thought of this in the past 13 years of doing BJJ?!?! I drilled this with some guys on Friday and hit it regularly on Saturday. This is now a staple of my game and has opened up so many new angles, approaches and things to follow up on. Jeff has a great approach to teaching. I've been buying his instructionals since when you could only get them on DVD and he had few tattoos. His teaching has gotten better, and his unorthodox approach never gets old. I used to look over the arm drag thinking it was too obvious and worried about the counter-drag. This arm drag study has changed up my game in an important way. Highly recommended.
Has a unique yet comprehensive approach to the arm drag . (Brick wall section especially interesting) if I had to nit pick I’d would’ve preferred maybe a lil more roll footage a commentary n maybe a tiny bit more depth on the seated arm drag . That being said the arm drag entry from standing alone is worth the buy.. highly recommend
This arm drag program was amazing and the instruction is easy to incorporate into drilling and rolls the second you finish the first video.
Most instructionals, whether the information is good or not, are pretty dry. But Jeff does a good job of keeping it playful and humorous while teaching some good techniques.
