  I am 66 years old and just got my Brown belt and I wish I had this dvd for older guys 5 years ago. It is packed with sound concepts and practical techniques on how to compete on the bottom game against the younger age players and still come out on top. If you want to hold your own without being totally exhausted then this dvd will be a great help. Recommended. Graham

  Starting to slow down - great strategies and techniques to control the young guys! Really improved my deep half entries. Bernardo does give a guy a complex with how many times he reminds me hold old and unathletic I'm becoming (just kidding)!
