Excellent. The arm drag is a vital technique for all levels of jujitsu
Great video
High level per usual!
It is very helpful.
I love arm drags and always wanted to take it further. This instructional helps so much.
Applied the concepts of this video right away. Prof Danaher is a master of simplifying complex concepts into a framework that is immediately applicable on the mat. Like all other Danaher videos. Highly recommend!
The amount of talking is almost maddening lol…but the information SHOWN is second to known on this topic. Definitely eye opening.
This has been amazing to focus on the best yet most effective principles to accomplish much in a short amount of time and in a smaller set of moves!
awesome content and depth

I always receive great value from Danaher a instructionals, and this is no exception.
Informative
I have 15 Danaher instructionals and I think this one is my favorite. Just great detail on a move anyone can perform.
Great techniques, shown by one of the greatest jiu-jitsu instructors. The instructional offers a whole new concepts of arm drags. Looking forward to displaying thos techniques on the mats.
Danaher crushes it as always with this very detailed instructional on landing arm drags from several positions, the mechanics of the arm drag it self, when to use in specific scenarios, and the list goes on and on.
I **** at initiating contact or having a solid plan when starting from a neutral position, standing or knees. This helped me develop a strategy to initiate contact which is one of my biggest weaknesses.
Like all of his Instructions Just perfect
thorough and informative
John’s detail to technique is refreshing. The breakdowns are clear and precise!
The move is explained with great detail in many situations.
omgggggggggggg
Another informative guide on the techniques, history, and applications of the arm drag, both standing and grounded.
