i have been using these techniques in class and they work! My coach is an 18 year, 245lb black belt and i was able to escape his mount last week. not an easy thing to do. thank you John Danaher!

Every instructional of John is absolutely brilliant. They are helping me to gain knowledge in every area of jiu jitsu to have a answer for everything when I step on the mat. It is so systemized that you can built skills with a clear path instead of randomly gaining a move here and there. The small details he gives are making a difference after just watching a few seconds of the Clips.

Perfect teaching from the greatest Jiu-Jitsu coach of all time. Only one flaw of the series: The red shirt guy was frequently making unnecessary small moves while John was talking, dude even played with his own feet and then smelled his hand. I don’t have a problem with him doing all those off the camera but it’s just distracting and unprofessional for such valuable videos. I hope John replace him with someone who can sit still as a 10 year old could do when there’s no requirement for movements. Anyway I still rated the series 5 stars because of John, thank you for sharing your amazing knowledge John, it’s a honor to learn from you.
