• This is a must have - heelhook defence

  This instructional has the best heelhook defence and counter that i have watched. I have watched quite a number of heelhook defence instructionals and so far this dvd have covered everything - inside/outside heelhook, 50/50, as well as ashi garami variations. Unlike the other instructionals I have seen, every escape have a counter attack. This dvd is a must have. If you need to get a submission defence instructional this is it. Thank you so much for this Fanatics and Mr. Danaher.
