Tack on another great instructional. As with all of Professor Danaher's and his adjoining students (Gordon, Gary, etc...) material, the mysteries are unlocked. As with any student though, your success will be dependent on how you absorb, decipher and apply the techniques under duress. Some may acquire them faster but everyone creates their own path. With that said...There is a definitive reason why John Danaher is considered one the greatest instructors ever.

Highly recommend this for any level jiu jitsu practitioner as it provides a phenomenal breakdown of the fundamentals of passing while also providing intricate details that can make the difference at high levels. Personally, half butterfly passing really stuck out as a quick and easy improvement to my passing

I was able to pass a brown belt's guard three times in a 5 minute period with a technique I watched the night before. This sums up the value of this instructional. Worth every penny and more.

Like always everytime I watch a danaher instructional, I feel like a white belt and I dont know anything about jits at all. Tons to learn! Answers all the gripping issues I had from gi half guard passing and gi passing. That being said, even though there are some elements of repeat, you are selling yourself short as many aspects of gi passing do not translate. Majority of the concepts/techniques introduced were new to me.

Danaher does it again. He is the clearest teacher in BJJ and this instructional is all high yield and immediately applicable. As always he combines philosophical and technical insights in a way that is effective and memorable . Definitely a must have in your NoGi collection.
