Has helped my game being measure.
love that it discusses concepts first. heuristic is my new favorite word😀
Awesome
Great content. Very detailed breakdown. Some repetitive information. Perfect for someone just starting out in BJJ
detailed instruiciton that works. every person that practices BJJ should know. i started BJJ late. never too old to start.
I've spent hundreds , many hundreds of dollars to be able to watch these videos in peace... I've left my share of reviews already.. please stop with the pop ups because I can't set a video on the table to watch it without having to get up every 5 minutes to negate a pop up.
very detailed and intuitive instructions. Danaher is a born teacher
The pure attention to the mechanics and principles really set him apart.
This is great to help newcomers or skilled people with the detailed knowledge on how to perfect their pin escapes.
Great way to start
awesome
Great tutorial as always. JD does a good job of breaking down every fundamental and explains the theory and why behind it. Excited to add this to my defensive playbook.
easy to follow deep insights
Would recommend to players of any level, especially white or blue belts. Learnthe details of fundamental BJJ skills that will make them work against world class resistance.
Excellent review of escapes. There is a lot of detail on fundamental mount and side control escapes along with other common defensive positions in jiujitsu.
great video
Highly Recommend
the moves and theories presented are easily applicable to almost any level of practitioner. they are timeless and so fundamentally sound as a great building block to develop your defense
Two months into BJJ and going against others with 1 year + experience and I am able to control and escape them. No doubt these instructionals played a huge part in that.
This has helped me advace my game soooo much.
Very clear explanation from conceptual to detailed practical examples. A must in which to build your defense and escapes.
I have made use of this instructional extensively yet and had plenty of success applying most of the techniques. As a white belt, even though I've watched all the DVD and tried to apply most of the techniques, I still find it useful to come back to for the plentiful technical details to further refine a move every time I fall short. I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars as I think more could have been covered with respect to technical mount. There also should have been more about turtle escapes especially since it's part of the DVD title. There's only about half of one volume devoted to turtle escapes and that's only for two grip and from one or two positions.
Awesome!
This will change how you teach jiu jitsu
excellent instructional
