This series really complements the lower body takedowns so well. Worth every penny.
Really good for tall people,
Great instructional on upper body takedowns for jiujitsu
Amazing
This section of Danaher’s takedown series is a great addition to anyone’s standup game. The attention to detail, and the way you can chain things together, make this video worth every penny.
If you are a jiu-jitsu practitioner and want to improve your stand up game you can cross-train in wrestling but the responsibility to **** out unnecessary techniques is on you. What scores in wrestling does not always score under ADCC rule set. You have to be mindfull of back exposure, guillotines etc. Or instead, you can follow John Danaher to learn stand up techniques that score in BJJ.
To get the ins and outs on takedown is awsome. Finally be able to attack and know exactly what to do. John is the man.. Ronaldo
very improve my takedowns
