Best stuff in America!! With all due respect
Fantastic Instruction by on of the best instructors I've ever had the pleasure of watching.
Over the past year I’ve done hip surgery on both hips. This video helped keep me in practice and not get into a lull. Highly recommend!
This instructional gives both drills you can use and strong explanations as to how they help you. Strongly recommened.
Very efficient mobility tekhnique
This instructional is awesome for the beginner or even intermediate BJJ player! It really helps you get the muscle memory of so many ways to move your body and teaches your body to accommodate many of the awkward positions in jiu jitsu
Wholistic training
This is a awesome gift from BJJ Fanatics and Master John Danaher, helped me so much during the pandemic as I was getting improved without stepping on the mats. This video kept me grounded and happy while getting stuck at home, so thank you so much.
Great stuff here for anyone looking to up the mobility and form using real techniques that translate to the mat.
If you ever wondered why you do solo drills during warm ups just watch this series!
What I liked most about this idea is it goes into the 'why' of each movement. Not just a random assortment of moves done as a warm-up with little explanation as to what the move is for, as is common in gyms.
I learned how to shrimp correctly. Also these drills are essential and one of the best warmups you need in Jiu Jitsu.
Fantastic instructional on solo movement drills incredible detail extremely useful and it’s absolutely free👍👍👍
These drills are excellent. I love how he explains with such detail.
Can’t beat free and of course it’s Danaher so the technique is stellar.
Good
Jiu-jitsu is wonderful, but one of the most frustrating parts of the sport is that it's hard to keep improving if you can't get to the mats. This instructional helped me find several ways to keep drilling and movement during COVID and after having my first child. I highly recommend!
Amazing information, even better price. No reason not to download!
Great information, even greater price!
John always explains things simply and justifies the use of it. Another gem from him, was very interesting the one exercise he makes his athletes do, which I’ll now be doing.
This is great video
Don't let the price fool you. Getting these drills down will help your mastery of actual jits game a ton because you are replicating movements you do while grappling. Very helpful on your own
This a great overview with OF COURSE excellent insight from the master himself.
Danaher for free, Nice!
The simple concept of proper shrimping is something that makes a huge difference, i see a lot of people doing the "lazy shrimping" not because they are lazy but just because of the lack of deep understanding and that's only one technique, this instructional is great
