Awesome!
Excellent quality!
Anything Danaher is awesome!
Great fundamental self improvement skills. Thanks John.
Great instructional. Thanks a lot 🙏
As always for Danaher, very clear instructions and good level of details.
Great detail from John as always.
Clear explanations from one of the best BJJ coaches.
I got this instructional because sometimes I have trouble getting into the gym but still want to better my game without live drilling. This is great for that. He covers a multitude of important moves and concepts that although you aren’t practicing on a live opponent, the movement translate over to live rolling. Great instructional
Very useful
It realy changed my game. I recommand it to everyone who wants to be shure they've learned the basis of Jiu Jitsu.
A free Danahar video is always worth it. This helped keep some focus during lockdown and I use some of the drills before training. Well worth it from the master.
Fantastic video series
Very good instructional
Great for training at home
Love the convenience
As a beginner I find John danaher very informative and goes into a lot of detail . I got this video to get a idea on solo drills I can do in the park as warm ups to maintain the movement memory in BJJ the content in this video helps with that. You can replace grappling with someone but what you can do is sharpen movement memory so all moves can be done controlled wild and fast.
All John Danaher instructionals have a wealth of knowledge & details to the subject he is demonstrating. This video was an awesome way to stay active & in shape during the Pandemic & quarantine
Nice to have solo drills when you can’t find a partner.
Great drills not only for homeworkouts, but also for instructors to use in there classes.
Wanted something to do when not able to go to class and mr danaher has done it again. he is truly a master of his craft. he goes into great detail and makes solo drills worth doing. highly suggest this one.
I have just started BJJ and this is a great instructional to help me improve out of class.
Quite useful, especially when gyms are closed during lockdown. More commonly, they may also be useful if you are recovering from injury or unable to train for any other reason. They're also good for use as warm-ups.
No kidding after I watched it I began to question why not get bread sticks with pizza instead of just more pizza? I mean do I even get out of bed properly or efficiently?
