Good drills when you can't get on the mats. And a good bloke to give the instructional away.
good good
Great drills. I feel like they transfer over into live rolls. Especially compared to mindless shrimping and other typical warmup movements.
Great content!
Great additon to the rest of his instruction videos
John is by far one of the greatest instructors I've watched. His explanations and how it will help one put in practice is second to none.
Perfect video for solo training. I follow this regulalry
this should be month 1 learning material for any bjj student, speaking as a new blue belt who is still missing fundamental movement patterns taught by this course. really helps me understand how I can move efficiently around the mat from common positions like guard, turtle, standing, etc. will continue to drill these movements late into my bjj journey, no doubt.
Excellent guide
Awesome site for all instructional needs. Huge honor for for me to write this.
Great way to start if you are a white belt and doing it solo!
despite is too soon to rate it, I appreciate a lot Mr. Danaher and I know it will be totally worthy. He is the top trainer
Game changer
Being new to jujitsu I have felt the limiting factor is not mental learning but rather mobility, training the body to do new things, rather than training the mind to think new things. This resource has allowed me to drill at home and prep my body for future learning.
Very interesting and useful to train outside the mat
Excellent drills that have immediate impact and carry over to real life.
good vid
A great resource for self-training on days away from the gym or when without a partner, particularly when gyms have been closed during the pandemic. I’ve been able to gain new insights into refining my technique, especially for improving my escapes. Always good to have this video in my toolkit in case I am in need of a refresher.
John Danaher is the ******* man
This definitely helps you sharpen movement skills and gives you the ability to shadow grapple.
love it
Amazing drill
No training partners or mats no problem this shows you can still keep your movement sharp got to be creative with training
easy to understand and practice,
Great jujitsu specific drills for cardio and solo work. It’s tough to find good solo work in grappling other than just another workout.
