Very easy to understand and learn.
I love Lachlan's videos. Learned so much. BTW, I know it's easy to get these from a friend instead of buying them, but in my experience, being able to navigate the content and jump back and forth to the spots you want to review, or resume where your left off from another device is a big deal and has actually helped me to get through the many hours of content. Not to mention supporting the guys who we learn so much from. Totally worth every cent.
Lachlan is a great teacher and structures his content with care and attention to detail. It's high quality instruction.
I really love playing K Guard and this instructional has definitely helped me improve my game thanks to clear and detailed explanations! Giles Lachlan is certainly one of the best instructor!
This bundle is a great deal as all of the topics on his no gi open guard series are included here, no need to go back and forth on each of the instructionals. As always, Lachlan is one of the great teachers of jiu jitsu because the systems that he teaches are always complete. From every concept, technique, combo or reversal, you can be sure that Lachlan has covered them all.
amazing teacher and amazing run through of open guard!
Lachlan is a brilliant teacher with extensive knowledge shared generously throughout every section of this series. Open guard is a vast topic unique to the core of jiu-jitsu. I was not disappointed.
It goes through his system that he used to do well in ADCC
Unbelievable how much information is in this video Will take a life time to unpack it all so much value here I’m a huge fan of how Mr. Giles lays out his instructionals I own several of his and they have helped me Immeasurably
Amazing
Really helped expand my guard game. I really like Lachlan's teaching style.
This bundle has really improved not just my no-gi open guard but my entire understanding of the open guard no-gi meta. It's a very long instructional and you'll have to be very patient with yourself to make all of the stuff work. I took a really big step down when I started trying to implement all of this in live rolls but once I got the movements down, it completely changed my game.
Deep dive into an open guard system. Very much worth the money.
Real good combo of good techniques, how to best idé them and a way to explain that is really a mix of professional and Laos back that fits me perfekctly
Major improvements to my game from this bundle
For those looking for developing their no-gi gameplan, it is a very relevant product!

As always with Lachlan's stuff, he is very detailed in all of his explanation to not just teach you the moves but also why you do them, what your opponent is likely to do and how to counter their counters. All 3 of the main sections of this tie together and give you a whole system to start using and chaining together. This also pairs well with his guard retention work so if you start going for these attacks, lose position, and start getting passed, you have a good system of recovery to get back to your offensive positions. Most of this system enables you to directly attack the back and get in to leg entanglements to sweep or attack the legs. Even if you aren't a big leg lock player, you can still get a lot out of how he used k-guard, DLR, and RDLR to expose and attack the opponents back. He adds so many simple details can add to even experienced grapplers.
