• Best detailed instructional bundle on open guard

  Open guard is such an expensive topic. IMHO as a beginner, the Instructional does a phenomenal job distilling it into a logical step wise curriculum to supplement your training. I find that It’s well organized and provides effective and pertinent suggestions. I’m a light heavyweight, more comfortable with top game, and was hopeless at open guard before finding this instructional. I’ve been using it as a framework to guide in-class drilling during open mat for the past six months. Recently, my coaches have been complementing me on the significant improvements already in my open guard game. It also feels much more fun now. Highly recommend!
