John does it again! He gives simple yet crucial details that make moves more understandable and completely doable.
Smart person. I like the way he forms a framework, then builds out concept on that framework. Takes more time, but provides more intuitive understanding I feel is easier to apply in the chaos of live rolling.
its good
awesome
What an excellent instructional!

Great instructions, very well presented and easy to follow. And I definitely fit the ageless description being 72 tomorrow
As a 6 month white belt these videos has been critical to my learning and advancing my techniques.
I like that JD scaled it down to a very practical course. I recommend people to also have the bottom - that gives you a broader perspective. You can really instantly take the things he teaches to the mat. Im 56 yo whitebelt and I'm keeping up with 20ish yo white belts bigger than me quite effortlessly. after 4 rounds they r exhausted. i have a high pulse but energy left... really great. Also you younger. Do this as a preparation for age. Good overall principles that can be used at any age.
Great series with great instructions and moves for less athletic people or if you’re bigger. It’s all about shutting people down and holding them still
This instructional is worth every $ There's so much valuable information packed into this instructional. I highly Recommend it!
I'm over 50 with limited amount of time for trainign, and this really helps me to fcous on the few techniques to get the best bang for my money and still be able to compete with the "youngsters"
Always great instruction of the moves for old guys in this video. The content does help younger grapplers as well.
amazing instructional, John explains the concepts in a professional/intellectual manner. Great explanations to help me improve as a white belt going on to blue
John is simply the best at what he does. Only a guy like him could figure out a way to make an Americana useful again (one of a few submissions he covers here). John covers passing the guard from half guard, how to get there, pinning and his recommended submissions from the top for older athletes. Like always its top notch.
Absolutely useful for hobbled old grapplers
great
Great insight to maintain composure against fools with less mileage on them.
but not done! Awesome seris once again
Great video that focuses on techniques that would work for older people but can be applied by anyone
