This is so useful for a old jiujuteka!
Very informative. Lots of great details. Great information
Great stuff Full of really useful techniques and concepts that’ll help me improve
I’m not young, I’m not particularly athletic, and no-gi used to feel like I was constantly a step behind guys who could scramble, explode, and reset faster than I could even think. This series is the first thing that gave me a coherent top game that doesn’t require youth, speed, or flexibility. Danaher’s whole approach is built around one idea: maximize connection so you can slow the match down. Everything funnels toward half guard top. Once you’re chest-to-chest, the pinning system is designed to cook people with body weight and time instead of athleticism. You stop chasing and start holding. Younger, faster opponents start making mistakes because they’re the ones burning energy trying to move you.
Im only on the second video and already improving. This is such a good instructional. Might be my favourite.
Good for old heads
Great for older guys even beginners to bjj with a couple classes in.
Pure gold
Great improvement in passing guard and submitting my training partners
Uma coleção interessante de técnicas, mas acho melhor ver os vídeos de fundamentos do JD antes de usar esse instrucional.

年を取ってからでも強くなる方法を学びました。
Fantastic techniques for older grapplers
Great instructional video
Great material as always, presented in an easy to understand way
Love this. Life and health have kept me off the mats for extended periods. This kind of game plan is exactly what I needed for my return.
I love the details that come with a Danaher video. There's always a new detail to pick up every time you watch.
It's really hard to say much that's surprising: Danaher is unrivaled in terms of identifying the concepts that you need to master (I was especially helped by the chapter on passing) and his analysis of the mechanics of individual moves.
I’m pushing 40 and plan on implementing a lot of these principles
Great info! I’m pushing 40 and plan on implementing this into my game
Just trying to get better
