BEST EVER. HOURS OF GOLD.
:cat::bust_in_silhouette:NINJA SPRINKELS ALL OVER!!
Excellent!
In the beginning the most important things you can learn are positional escapes -> to submissions and then submission escapes -> submissions, followed by passing the guard. When you have these incredible foundational principals provided by John that will be worked on the most in your jiu Jitsu career your game shoots through the roof.
I leanred how to get out of positions you are told don't escape just tap. I never seen anything like this. You counter a sub just like a punch and boom game over. Everyone expects you to go back to guard. You immediately find ways to attack and even get out the riskest of them all **** Hooks.
Exceptional defense for heel hooks for anyone who wants to learn the most modern way to safely escape and also good guillotine defense
Great info to learn how to navigate into the sea of techniques in the sport of bjj. Helps me to survive and have a great understanding of the sport.
Yet another fantastic instructional from JD breaking everything down into easy to understand techniques
Must have purchase in order to address the most common positions and submissions jiu jitsu
Great stuff as always. However doesnt include straight ankle locks or traingle variations.

GREAT INFORMATION HERE
Best escapes instuctional out there
I use the information in this video on a daily basis. Top notch stuff
Helped with every step of escaping submissions.
Danaher not only provides amazing details but he also explains why he does them. This level of insight has been super helpful for my own game and also teaching others.
All of Danaher’s materials is pure gold. The section on leg lock defense has made my life much better.
This instructional is crucial to building the skills to a solid jui jitsu game. Danaher's methods of breaking down theory and moves makes a lot of sense.
I'm getting submitted significantly less as a result of these escapes. I got submitted by a triangle in my last tournament, so I put a special emphasis on triangle escapes, and I've escaped about the last 10 triangles that have been attempted on me, some against solid opponents.
Covers defenses for most of the major submissions. really goes into depth on leg lock defense which is very helpful.
Danaher conveys concepts to support his systems based approach to submission escapes so you are learning much more than just isolated "moves." He explains what the opponent is after with each submission, which is critical in understanding the escapes he details. His escape system is easy to follow and I can't wait to get into more precarious situations in the gym to practice these escapes :)
It is great that John explains the mechanics behind each submission in addition to the escapes.
