Good video, very usefull for beginners.
Amazing! This series has deepened my understanding of many techniques and movements I previously took for granted. Thank you John Danaher!
This block of videos is crucial during this time when all our gyms are closed. We were lucky for the offer.
Are you hesitating to get this video? His name is John Danaher. Trust me. He is John "Trust" Danaher.
Ok
Great videos!
Very good explanation and presentation of moves with additional presentation of them on a partner. Now you know why you are drilling them and when and how can be used in actual fight.
Great drills from an amazing instructor. Love the knowledge and step by step technical aspects of the drills. Great product!
Great stuff especially when we’re stuck at home
If you crave detailed instruction, then look no further than Danaher. His attention to detail is second to none. Did you know there are two different hip escapes (shrimping)? Neither did I! Definitely a great video series in these strange times and it's free!
This package of basic drills will no doubt lift my game in all aspects. It is always a pleasure to nerd the Danaher details. And also to be given the opportunity to nerd by yourself without relying on your training partners.
This title has been incredibly helpful. Offering new insight on details and purpose of these fundamental movements and how they tie together has been very eye opening. Thank you, BJJ Fanatics and Professor John Danaher for making this instructional available during these difficult times.
This is an outstanding series of videos. Very much appreciated!
Great video. Thanks to the master John Danaher and Bjj Fanatics team!
Great idea.
I never practiced BJJ but found the course very suitable for my physical training especially for my neck, back and low torso. Dr. Danaher is amazing, thinking about purchasing his other video courses. Isolating is a good time to start learning basics of BJJ. Thanks for that opportunity!
Excellent content for those who are unable to attend BJJ classes. I highly recommand those workouts at home.
There are other solo BJJ drills videos available on the internet, but they all focus on 'what' you can do and not on 'how' to perform the movements optimally. As usual Danaher breaks down the fundamentals of the rules as well as in what situations you would want to perform them and for what reasons.
No question, one of the best in the business...
Great!!
The videos are great, with a good mix of general theory and detailed walk throughs of specific moves.
Awesome help, especially for white belts like me.
Very clear and concise. A great addition to my collection.
I had never thought that someone is able to train so effectively and efficiently 'at distance'! This is the proof that passion for BJJ has no limits! So prod and satisfied of engaging Sensei's John classes!
Very good - John Danaher is the best teacher, ever .. He makes me laugh too with his great demeanour and gusto articulation... Love it ... “Understand this... “ one of his main phrases when he started a sentence . And yes one listens carefully and diligently.
