Prof. Danaher has a truely systematic approach. I love watching his dvd and could apply a lot of wisdom on the mats. Even with my short legs :)

What is fascinating about John Danaher’s videos is that he can teach a high level of detail without losing the audience. The videos also include a couple of solo-drills, which is a good way to stay active during corona. I added them to my "Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher" exercises.

Excellent explanation and demonstration of the various triangle types. The level of detail Prof Danaher gives is amazing. Triangles were always a trickier submission for me to land but with the many little details present in this instructional I feel more confident in attempting and securing triangles.

AWESOME
I new Mr Danaher had incredible teaching abilities (the achievements of his athletes speak for themselves) but I'm shocked by how incredibly good he's at teaching by video. I'm a pretty short and stocky guy and had real difficulties locking triangles, but working on the material of this dvd I'm having a really good success with them (all 5 of them). The only regret is the high price, but I feel that the investment was really well worth it.

Since watching this series I have escaped numerous triangles and I don’t think I have been caught by any. I am not the best at the front triangle but I have some success with the side and reverse triangle. I have developed a lot more confidence when it comes to triangles and have no fear when attaching someone’s guard that they will get a triangle on me.
