It’s a Tier 1 BJJ Instructional Video!
I feel like every time I watch one of these tutorials he debunks so much of what I've been told. Really eye opening material
About as good as it gets when it comes to learning more about triangles. Instantly made my triangle game better
The instructional is very clear and with a range of setups and counter using all types of triangules. EXCELENT
Making triangles Great
There is no better source of triangle knowledge than this video. Danaher talks a lot, but what he says is valuable.
In-depth and very helpful
John Danaher gives a unifying theory of how various triangles can be transitioned from one to the other. In combinations, normally we think of combining varied submissions together, like arm bar then triangle then kimura. But a twist to this concept can be a combination of front triangle to hantai triangle to rear triangle chaining these combination submissions.
hentai senkaku is the opposite of the front triangle. hentai is interesting.
Nice

Great video, explained well.
John Danaher provides details and information that seem to be almost non-existent anywhere else.
Excellent! I love the way John Danaher breaks down the positions, why we want them, how opponent's will react, and how to beat that reaction. All of his tutorials are super detailed and informative. They directly connect with my learning style.
John Danaher’s Triangle Choke system is a masterpiece. His systematic approach breaks down complex mechanics into simple, high-percentage details. It completely transformed my finishing rate. A must-have for any serious grappler looking to master the sub
