• John Danaher’s Americana Lock

  I’ve been searching for Frank Mir’s Mir Lock for a long time. Recently, I saw Mika Galvão using the Mir Lock. And in MMA, I can never forget Korea’s judo specialist Jung Bu-kyung’s armbar against Shinya Aoki. People called it an armbar, but to me, it looked more like a Mir Lock. Somehow, I feel like John Danaher will cover this technique. Alright, I’ll be honest—I haven’t watched the video yet. I’m just curious about Danaher’s breakdown of the Mir Lock. I’m really looking forward to it!
