  So much to learn here. I’ve never been a big fan of the American lock until now. I have a whole new respect for it both as a submission and as a way to elicit predictable reactions that help you gain an advantage.

  I thought I knew this move pretty well but after watching this I think I’ve improved it by a lot. Excellent info. Definitely have to be careful with this one. You can really hurt somebody fast if you’re not careful.
