This technique upgrade my arsenal in my top game Thanks for sharing amazing techniques
I was honestly surprised with this instructional. I was a little hesitant when I bought it but it actually became one of my favorites. The way Danaher shows how to lock up the americana/american lock is incredibly tight and he also throws in a few extra things in here too!

Every instructional by John Danaher is outstanding. This series has been a favorite of mine. John is the only person that I have seen teach this hand over hand method to lock and apply the Americana. It is so superior to holding the wrists like everyone shows. Plus the finishing mechanics of where to guide the elbow is so powerful. Thank you John!
I first learned the Americana from the Gracie brothers and their free stuff. I liked it because it was easy to remember and execute, but it was useless against higher level belts. With Danaher's insights, I have twice caught higher level belts with this so far, and they were not ready for it. This instructional gets a bit repetitive, but it is very insightful.
All the Master the Move instructionals are great.
