You get a lot of information with this video. JD is very detailed with everything he explains
Danaher content is always knowledgeable and broken down to where everyone can understand
In-depth instruction, just as every other Danaher video. Great study aid.
good
Helps me with the complexity problem of the open guard by breaking down the key principle of the open guard, plus the high percentage sweeps and submissions. five stars.
Great content, very useful
This is a complete curriculum on the concepts that make open guards strong, with techniques that display the fundamentals perfectly across several open guards. Open guards covered include de la riva, ashi garami, x guard, butterfly guard, etc. Techniques covered include sumi gaeshi, tomoe nagi, hiza guruma, armbar, triangle, etc. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially white or blue belts who want to learn things correctly the first time.
There is a plethora of content in this series. So many different sweeps, transitions, and submissions from various forms of open guard. This is my favorite of Professor John's GFF series.
just reviewing so this popup will get out of my way
outstanding! Great concepts explained immediately when you start the course. Danaher is the best!
With so many options available for open guard this video helped me select strategies for getting started. As a new white belt it is easy to get overwhelmed with all the options. John makes it easier to sort through all the options so you can be effective right away.

After the Lockdown and during the time when we couldn't train i purchased most of the Further Faster Serie by John Danaher. Then i could learn and relearn the basics and the systematic approach oh John Danaher. It helped me a lot . I was not a very good guardian, this tutorial and Xande Ribeiro's improved my guard.
