Many helpful concepts and details that will help you pass the guard much easier than “go hard and hope for the best” A valued addition to my library
Great Instructional; taught by one of the greatest minds ever in the sport.
Lesson is Great Knowledge is Awesome And the Instruction, I mean it's Danaher, so....
Clear, concise, coherent. That's how I would describe John's instructions! Absolutely helpful for a white belt like me! This is a must have!
Well worth the price you pay. The information and details given are worth every penny. There is no way your normal instructor is going to take the time to go into the detail that John does here. Lean the how and WHY.
The lessons knowledge is all impeccable the only way to truly utilize this. Is by drilling, so practice.
Only half way through and very impressed with the content. John breaks each move down into great detail.
Incredible instruction with clear well stated concepts to carry with you from white belt to black belt.
Impressive. Great concepts.
Danaher is pretty much establishing the Encyclopaedia for all things BJJ. This series is no exception. Quality information and principles that we have come to expect.
Great
I'm only one video in and I'm showing improvement. J.D. Instructional videos are the best. Understanding the concepts, which he explains thoroughly, is unbelievably valuable. Knowing what you're doing and why is where J.D. shines. Amazing Teacher
It’s Danaher so what can you say?
Awesome information
I always think I'm familiar with an area of training until I watch a Danaher video. Then when you spend eight to a dozen hours on some subject that didn't seem to be so robust, it's the best kind of humbling.
Before buying I was double minded cause it’s more expensive compared to many of the other instructional videos out there. John’s ability to teach is unlike anyone else. He clears a lot of the confusion and makes everything black and white. Too good, worth every cent!
Informative and very well articulated fundamentals. This is very beneficial for me. Also such a noble thing to do — to make such a fundamental instructionals and pass hard earned knowledge.
First JD instructional. Similar to that scene in the Matrix where they plug Neo in and start the upload. Investment is and was 100% worth it. Already looking forward to getting into his other stuff next.
Just love John Danaher's videos...very well explained and illustrated. Awesome all the way around
Professor Danaher doesn’t disappoint. His ability to simplify difficult concepts and demystify BJJ are second to none. Thank you for offering this.
I absolutely love this I’ve been passing guard like no one else. Passing has always been a weakness and now my professor has been looking at me and asking what’s been different. I’m glad professor John danahar has put this out there for us that struggle with certain aspects of our game. Thank you
I bought this to improve my guard passing (obviously), but what I was impressed with is being able to immediately apply these concepts and see results. Professor Danaher makes the content easily digestible and clear.
Very fine fundamental detail.. It’s like being able to have a true private lesson!
very nice
I didn't understand how a knee cut, torreando, leg drag, over-under, and double-under pass worked until I watched this DVD. John Danaher explains guard passing in such detail that some may think he's rambling on and on. But personally, I find myself re-watching many sections and uncovering new insights each time.
